Lovely to work with the River House with the refurbishment of their new home in the Black Swan. Installed kitchen units, oak worktop, Ash shelves, Oak benches and a Perspex Covid screen. Great to see the cafe culture gradually returning to Frome.

Great to create a new 2.8m x 3m “room” in the garden for this client. Perfect as an office, a calm thinking space or just a play area for the children.
Added some warm character to this very practical studio space by installing a lovely light oak floor finished with oil. Also painted the ceiling
A very interesting project to make use of dead space hidden behind fixed stairs. A section of 5 treads of the stairs was cut out and then reinforced to make solid. This was reattached to the stairs with heavy duty hinges. The closed position of the stairs was re-enforced with stud work leaving the stairs even more solid than they were originally. The final step is to add gas struts and adjust their power so that they lift with the slightest touch the same way a car boot lifts.

Created a new structure for a dog to sit on a window sill, with storage underneath and doors, and an outdoor ramp for the dog to be able to access the garden
Helped adjust the signage in the front window so that the sign holder was sturdy and closed securely
Created several new shelves and repaired two cupboard doors and put up coat hooks and assembled a flat pack table
Changed the worktop in this customers house to a light white to provide more light and a higher quality sink
Added paving slabs to create a new pathway and cleared out gutters
